Welcome to LingoFlow! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LingoFlow mobile application (the "App") operated by Suyash. By accessing or using LingoFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
LingoFlow is an interactive language learning application designed to help users build their vocabulary, practice conversational skills, track progress, and unlock achievements.
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account using your email. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and maintain the security of your login details. You accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use LingoFlow for personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

The App may display advertisements powered by Google AdMob and offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed securely through the Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS). Refunds and transaction disputes are governed by the respective store's refund policies.
All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software) are the exclusive property of Suyash or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the full extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties.
In no event shall Suyash or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on this page. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
